Mission Statement:

Pupil Progression Services is designed to monitor all students within the Plainfield Public School district as they progress through the educational system from grades K-12. The mission of this service is to ensure that students are meeting all comprehensive and developmental academic standards that are required to achieve promotion, graduation or a vocational education. Students who are deemed to be in danger of not progressing will receive intensive counseling and intervention.

Tangible/Measurable Evidence

• Align the district and individual school pupil progression plans to goals in the strategic plan
• Career Academics are available for all grade level students
• Increase post secondary agreements to provide career based courses that earn post secondary credits
• Increase graduation rates
• Decrease dropout rates
