ATTENTION PARENTS..........

The Plainfield School District is offering free SES tutoring to students who meet the following criteria:

• Students (grades 1 to 8) must attend Clinton, Hubbard or Maxson
• Students must receive free or reduced lunch

There are still available slots for eligible students who attend the schools listed above.  Please review the attached SES parent letters, the Provider Request Form and the List of SES Providers for the 2009-2010 school year.  Our goal is to fill all slots by November 15, 2009.

El Distrito Escolar de Plainfield está ofreciendo gratis Servicios Educacionales Suplementarios (SES) a los estudiantes que llenan los siguientes requisitos:

• Estudiantes (del 1ro al 8vo.grado) que asisten a las escuelas Clinton, Hubbard o Maxson
• Los estudiantes tienen que recibir almuerzo gratis o a precio reducido

Todavía tenemos espacio para los estudiantes que asisten a las escuelas que le mencionamos en el párrafo anterior.  Por favor revisen la carta de SES, la Planilla para Seleccionar el Proveedor que desean y la Lista de Proveedores de SES para el año escolar  2009-2010.  Nuestro objetivo es el tener a todos los estudiantes matriculados para el 15 de noviembre del 2009.
