FACILITIES & GROUNDS RENTAL CHARGES

Groups and organizations requesting to use the Plainfield Public Schools’ facilities and grounds will be billed by the Board of Education.  If you have any questions regarding fees, please contact Sherlyn Ragin at the Office of Facilities & Grounds at 908-731-4356.

The facility usage schedule is as follows:  6:00pm-10:00pm (Mondays-Fridays) and 8:00am-10:00pm (Saturdays & Sundays).  Additional fees will apply in the event your event runs beyond the allotted time.   A fee for custodial staff will be assessed and shall include one hour before and two to three hours after actual occupancy for the sole purposes of opening/preparation and closing/cleaning.  In addition to custodial staff, a Plainfield Security Officer as well as an IT Department Personnel MUST be on site during your event. (Security and IT Personnel will be billed one half hour before and hour after). 

Athletic fields will be lined in accordance with the school schedules.  Any organizations requesting the lining of a field at any other time will pay a fee of $100.00.
