PLAINFIELD, NJ – June 28, 2024 – On Monday, June 24, Superintendent Rashon K. Hasan, Ed. S. hosted a luncheon at the Administration building to celebrate the achievements of the Superintendent's Scholarship Fund recipients. The luncheon acknowledged students for their dedication to academic excellence and their commitment to pursuing Plainfield Public Schools' 4 E's model: Employment, Enrollment, Enlistment, and Entrepreneurship while maintaining a grade point average of 2.5 or higher throughout high school. The students were also recognized for having a clear post-secondary plan aligned with the 4 E's model.
“Today, we gather to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our scholarship recipients,” said Superintendent Rashon K. Hasan. “These students have exemplified the highest standards of academic performance and dedication to their future goals.”
The luncheon was a testament to the Plainfield Public Schools' commitment to nurturing talent, promoting merit, and preparing students for success in various paths beyond high school.
