PLAINFIELD, NJ – January 29, 2024 – The Plainfield Public School District proudly announces its participation in the prominent New Jersey Association of School Administrators Techspo 2024 Conference, held in Atlantic City. This event brought together educational leaders and innovators from across the state to share insights and advancements in technology-driven education.
A highlight of the conference was the engaging presentation by Plainfield's renowned trio: Rashon K. Hasan, Ed. S., Superintendent of Schools; N. Christopher Payne, Chief Information Technology Officer; and Jean-Marie Gordon, Ed. D., Chief of Instruction and Programs. The dynamic presentation, titled "Leveling Up Education: Unleashing the Potential Through eSports at Plainfield High School," captivated the audience with its groundbreaking approach to integrating eSports into the educational curriculum.

Superintendent Rashon K. Hasan highlighted the importance of staying ahead in educational trends. N. Christopher “Chris” Payne, the Chief Information Technology Officer, expressed enthusiasm about the potential impact of eSports on education.
